Seasonal Produce Guide
Fall and Winter (October - February)
Vegetables: Bok choy, napa cabbage, daikon, winter melon, butternut squash, kabocha squash, broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts are best during this time. Other available vegetables include kale, chard, spinach, and carrots.
Fruits: Pears are at their peak. Citrus like clementines and Cara Cara oranges become available later in the season.
Spring (March - May)
Vegetables: Look for asparagus and artichokes, which are typically in season during the early spring.
Fruits: Citrus season starts with varieties like Cara Cara oranges, mandarins, and Meyer lemons.
Summer (June - September)
Vegetables: Expect a bounty of tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Green beans are also in season.
Fruits: Blueberries are in season.
Year-Round
Vegetables: Some staples like ginger, onions, potatoes, carrots, and celery are often available throughout the year, though they may be best in other seasons.
Herbs: Fresh herbs like cilantro are often available, even though their peak seasons vary.
